We talk about how COVID affected Elle and her family specific to symptoms, why she’s a self-diagnosed long hauler, and how it all impacts her mental health.
We highlight the need to practice acceptance and self-care and the importance of setting boundaries and seeing losses of relationships during this pandemic through the lens of grief.
